Human rights watch is an organization which has devoted itself for human rights protection. They raise the voice and bring the attention of the world leaders if there is any injustice being done in any country. They support the oppressed and needy and fight against the oppressors for the crimes the commit.
There is no religion in this world that support iniquity. Every religions talks of piece and brotherhood then why there is so unfair treatment towards the people. This is an act of evil minded people who just want power for themselves and oppress others. They don’t care about what others think or do. They want to rule themselves and expect no one to question their authority.
In today’s world, there is so much terrorism going on that every day you hear the talk of people killing others in the name of religion. In fact they do this for their personal gain. No religion asks people to kill innocent human being.
Human rights foundation is working with obstinate determination to eliminate that evil from our society and bring security to innocent people.
This foundation started its work in 1978. Initially they setup their offices in Europe and Central Asia but today they have offices all over the world including America, Asia, Africa and Middle East. They are running lot of programs at the moment like the United States Program, health, human right, children’s right, international injustice, terrorism and counterterrorism, women rights, emergencies program. They also protect the right of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender.
Human Rights Watch is not sponsored by any country. It is a totally autonomous and non-governmental organization. It is run with the help of private foundations and individuals from all over the globe. This organization does not accept any kind of aid or donation from any government in any way.
Every year the Human Rights Watch issues a detailed report about countries where injustice has been done and publishes it on its website also. So that everyone can read what injustice is going on and raise their voices about it. It is a common practice that many governments reject the finding of this report straight away to hide their misdeeds.
Only through the International pressure these countries are forced to fix their human rights. These pressures come in the shape of stopping the military aid and budgetary funding of such nations and imposing strict sanctions as well.
